CLICK FOR LONG REVIEWI genuinely thought the book was nice! It contained decent characters, an enjoyable plot, and a story that was overall easy to follow. It was a big refresh from what I am used to reading. However, the reason I give it a lower score is because I didn’t notice the symbolism until I found out it was a Christian book, which made me feel a bit dumb (ᵕ,,—ᴗ—,,). |

CLICK FOR LONG REVIEWOne of the best books I have ever read—and re-read. My goodness, the characters are so well written, each with their own morals, values, dreams, and personalities. The one character I hated from the beginning—the Wolf—turned out to be one of my favorites. The songs are incredible to the point that I have memorized them, and the writing is immaculate. Just remember: the wolf’s teeth are well and truly sharp, okay? |

CLICK FOR LONG REVIEWOverall, a very good book! The characters and plot were well written, and the story progressed in a way that was easy to understand. I was extremely sad when the princess ended up with the main character’s brother—the princess and her best friend looked 100% yuri ˙◠˙. I also felt that the ending was a bit rushed, but if you’re looking for a good fantasy book that correlates with real-life issues, you should definitely give this a read! |

CLICK FOR LONG REVIEWMy favorite book of all time. Nothing can beat this book—I swear to you. I could talk about it for hours: the characters, the settings, the infinite plot twists, my, my. Prince Bifalt was an incredible character because of his moral flaws and resilience, and he will forever be one of my favorite characters in any book or series. The ending was so good, and even though I could predict it, there were moments when I thought he would change his mind. What baffled me the most was the former sorcerer switching sides. “A man is not a man at all if he cannot enter and enjoy every chamber of himself.” |

CLICK FOR LONG REVIEWTruly a good book! You get the best of all worlds: heavy fantasy, unrequited yuri, and a cliffhanger that will leave you overwhelmingly shaken in the quietest way. I was unbelievably surprised when I realized that was the end and that there was nothing more after it. The characters were very well written, and I adore the way the scenery was described. No complaints here! |
